The adjustable drawstring waist actually stays put when I'm swimming laps, which is more than I can say for my old pair. Dries fast too, and the little zip pouch it comes with is handy for keeping my phone and keys separate from wet stuff.
I took this on a week-long beach trip and it dried fast enough to wear again the next morning. The mid-length cut sits right above the knee, and the zip carry pouch actually came in handy for keeping it separate from wet towels.
The elastic waist with the adjustable drawstring actually stays put when I'm swimming laps, no awkward readjusting. The zip carry bag is a nice touch too, I just toss it in my gym bag wet.
